setValue(string shape, "tolHigh", float highValue);

getValue(string shape, "tolHigh", float &highValue);

shape.tolHigh(float highValue);

This attribute can be used to specify the upper tolerance value on the scale. "highValue" is not an absolute value, however, but a percentage of the reference value defined with "refValue". For highValue==100, the upper tolerance limit would thus equal the reference value.
